The CVA Group has completed the acquisition (previously signed on December 13th 2022) of 100% of SR Investimenti S.r.l. from Davidson Kempner Capital Management LP and Pioneer Point Partners. SR Investimenti S.r.l., leading Italian renewable platform, owns 42 MW of operating photovoltaic plant, 194 MW of authorised projects and 846 MW of projects under advanced development, as well as an additional pipeline in earlier stage development for an additional 1,200 MW.

The shareholders’ meeting of SR Investimenti S.r.l. has appointed a new Board of Directors including Mr Giuseppe Argiro’ (CEO of CVA Group) as Chairman, Mr Enrico De Girolamo (Managing Director of CVA Group), Mr Marco Malacarne Gentile (M&A head at CVA Group), Mr Antonio Urbano (CEO of SR Investimenti S.r.l.) and Mr Federico Spasciani Staffini (CFO of SR Investimenti). The new Board of SR Investimenti S.r.l. has appointed Antonio Urbano as new CEO.

The transaction will allow the Group based in the Valle d’Aosta Region to further consolidate its position as a leading 100% renewable operator in Italy, with 514 MW of installed wind and photovoltaic capacity by 2024.
