On December 29, 2022, CVA Spa transferred the solar and wind company branch to its subsidiary CVA EOS S.r.l.

Such conferral, that is effective from January 1rst 2023, generates an increase in CVA EOS’s share capital from € 100.000,00 to € 75.000.000,00. The operation reflects a broader reorganisation of the parent company, CVA, that aims at decoupling hydroelectric assets from solar and wind assets.

Furthermore, the growth in solar and wind generation fulfils the Group’s climate change risks mitigation strategy, aimed at diversifying renewable energy sources with new solar and wind plants, alongside the traditional hydroelectric plants.
