Lamacarvotta (Taranto)
Lamacarvotta wind farm has a total capacity of 10 MW. Together with the Lamia di Clemente plant, it was designed, built and connected by Asja between 2012 and 2013.
The 5 Gamesa model G97 wind turbines installed have a height of about 80 meters and the rotors have a diameter of 97 meters. Based on the wind characteristics of the site, wind power generation of about 21,000,000 kWh/year total is expected.
Lamacarvotta and Lamia di Clemente wind farms, located in the municipality of Laterza, joined the CVA Group's ownership in 2016 and complement the Ponte Albanito (Foggia) and Tarifa (Lecce) plants.
