On 28 June 2023, CVA SMART ENERGY S.r.l. a s.u. established the company called 'NUOVA RTS S.r.l.', with a share capital of €10,000.00.

On 10 July 2023, the deeds of sale of the business unit of R.T.S. S.r.l. and BEYOND ZERO S.r.l.in favour of NUOVA RTS S.r.l. were finalised.

On the same date, the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting of NUOVA RTS S.r.l. resolved to increase the share capital from € 10,000.00 to € 1,000,000.00, of which the amount of € 257,500.00 has been paid up to date, 70% of which was subscribed by CVA SMART ENERGY S.r.l. and 30% by Mr. Vincenzo RIOLI.

The Shareholders' Meeting also resolved to change the company name of NUOVA RTS S.r.l. to "RENEWABLE TECHNICAL SOLUTIONS S.r.l. initials R.T.S. S.r.l.".

The board of directors for the financial years 2023-2025 is made up of the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer and Mr. Enrico De Girolamo, the directors Mr. Vincenzo Rioli, who has been assigned technical-commercial powers, and Mr. Angelo Biagini.

R.T.S. S.r.l. will carry out activities in the following areas: management and maintenance of co-generation plants, design and installation of trigeneration plants, energy and energy efficiency consulting, and provision of services aimed at achieving energy savings and greater efficiency of energy-using plants.
