On July 26, 2023, CVA SMART ENERGY S.r.l. a s.u. acquired 75% of the share capital of SHARENERGY S.r.l., a company active in the construction, installation, management, and maintenance of plumbing, heating, and electrical systems, as well as in the energy upgrading of buildings.

The board of directors for the fiscal years 2023-2025 consists of Mr. Enrico DE GIROLAMO (Chairman), Ms. Lisanna MANCUSO (Managing Director) and Mr. Giampaolo CANESTRI.
